I was running late Christmas Eve getting my feed and they waited for me to drive from Defuniak Springs to their store. It took about twenty minutes and they had my feed waiting for me. I would say they go over and above in customer satisfaction. Best feed around. My animals won't eat anything else. Also they have a twelve way feed for chickens that is the best and I can't find it anywhere else... I am very satisfied with this store and the folks who run it..
